We are seeking senior Program Manager to lead high-impact marketing transformation initiatives, acting as strategic orchestrator across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and consulting partners.
This role requires a consultative leader who can shape direction, influence outcomes, and ensure seamless execution aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and orchestration across multiple concurrent marketing transformation workstreams.
Drive initiatives end-to-end, from planning through measurable execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
Partner closely with consulting groups (e.g., McKinsey, PWC, BCG) and senior business stakeholders, bringing thought leadership and challenge where needed.
Deliver high-visibility program outcomes that accelerate marketing innovation and transformation.
Champion process, technology, and functional improvements across marketing and sales operations.
Guide onboarding and integration of new resources, ensuring optimal alignment and performance.
Provide clear, structured progress updates and insights to senior executives.
Qualifications
Demonstrated success in orchestrating complex, multi-workstream transformation programs.
Strong background in marketing / digital marketing transformation at scale.
Ability to connect strategic business drivers with process, technology, and organizational levers.
Proven track record of driving outcomes through influence, ownership, and thought partnership.
Comfortable shaping solutions in collaboration with top-tier consulting firms and diverse cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with enterprise AI marketing and DXP platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Copilot Studio), and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Einstein GPT).
Understanding of Generative AI concepts, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models (LLMs), and their application in marketing.
