I’m currently working with a boutique advisory firm in New York that is focused on the renewable energy sector. They partner with developers, investors, and operators on capital raising, M&A, and strategic advisory across the clean energy space.
The team is looking to bring on an Analyst with 1–3 years of prior investment banking or project finance experience to join their growing platform.
The Role:
- Build and maintain financial models to support valuations, financings, and transactions
- Support execution of M&A and capital raising processes, working directly with senior team members
- Prepare presentations, investment memoranda, and marketing materials for clients and investors
- Conduct market and company research to support both origination and live mandates
- Gain direct exposure to clients and senior leadership from day one
The Ideal Candidate:
- 1–3 years of investment banking, project finance, or financial advisory experience
- Strong technical skills (financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
- Demonstrated interest in renewable energy, clean technology, or infrastructure
