About The Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Graphic Design Analyst to join our client’s team remotely on a temporary basis for a duration of over six months. The primary focus of this role is to support the Mental Well-being Communications team by creating compelling visual content that enhances presentations, marketing materials, and internal communications. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Engagement and subject matter experts to understand design requirements and produce high-quality graphics across various formats. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented designer with strong PowerPoint and Adobe Suite skills to contribute to impactful mental health and wellness initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro
- Strong attention to detail with excellent editing and review capabilities
- Experience creating executive presentations, data visualizations, flyers, infographics, and digital images
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of digital accessibility standards is preferred
- Familiarity with behavioral health, employee assistance programs, or wellness initiatives is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and produce PowerPoint presentations tailored for executive and sales audiences
- Create visual representations of data through graphs, charts, and infographics
- Develop digital and print layouts for flyers, guidebooks, and marketing materials
- Design digital images and email communications aligned with brand standards
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet multiple project deadlines
- Support the Mental Well-being Communications team with design needs for internal and external initiatives
- Maintain positive working relationships with team members and stakeholders
- Adhere to accessibility and branding standards to ensure consistency across all materials
