Responsibilities
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial forecast consolidations with attention to detail and accuracy
- Analyze financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and identify key business drivers
- Partner cross-functionally to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and maintain dynamic forecasting models
- Present financial insights and recommendations through clear, compelling narratives tailored to executive audiences
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across forecasting, reporting, and financial planning processes

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or a related analytical role
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced modeling and handling large datasets
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into clear, actionable business insights
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on key metrics and strategic goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including experience preparing reports and dashboards for leadership
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders
- Preferred: Experience working in subscription-based, digital services, media, gaming, or consumer technology industries
