Project Coordinator Job Overview
Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Project Coordinator to their team in the Orlando, FL Metro Region.
Job Summary:
Support the planning, execution, and completion of projects across various departments. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and all stakeholders remain informed and aligned throughout the process.
Essential Functions
- Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and schedules
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones and deadlines are met
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document and distribute meeting notes
- Track deliverables and follow up with teams to ensure timely execution
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and files
- Support resource allocation and utilization tracking
- Identify and escalate project issues or risks to the project manager
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project status updates
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Familiar with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheets, MS Project, Asana, Trello)
