What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the founder of an executive recruiting firm with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Managing calendars and scheduling interviews with candidates and clients
- Creating and editing documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Helping coordinate outbound email campaigns (bonus if you’ve used a platform like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar)
- Making occasional phone calls to candidates and executives to confirm meetings—so you can’t be afraid to pick up the phone
- Keeping things (and me!) organized, on time, and moving forward
Who You Are:
- Exceptionally organized with great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (Google Docs/Sheets a plus too)
- Comfortable and professional on the phone and in written communication
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn (especially if you’re looking to grow in the recruiting world)
- A reliable self-starter who thrives in a flexible, remote-friendly work environment
This is a part-time, 1099 contractor role—roughly 20 to 30 hours per week, with flexible daytime hours. Their will even be an opportunity to earn bonuses.
