Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Specialist – Simpson Housing Corporate Office located in the Denver Tech Center (hybrid work schedule: in office three days per week) – Denver, CO

As a key member of our corporate People Services team, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing pre-employment processes including posting positions, reviewing resumes, administering and tracking drug and background screenings, etc.
- Educating managers on hiring process and procedures, ensuring established hiring protocols are followed
- Developing strong working relationships with hiring managers by providing proactive customer service and follow-up and leading regular check-ins analyzing open positions
- Analyzing positions needing additional support, developing and implementing targeted recruitment strategies based on need
- Sourcing and soliciting candidates using Internet search engines, job boards, niche websites, networking, etc.
- Managing recruiting reporting for interested parties including senior management
- Managing and administering employee referral program
- Acting as main point of contact for recruiting vendors and as system administrator in relevant vendor’s platforms
- May conduct phone screens and in-person interviews as needed
- Assisting supervisor with process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree strongly preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting and/or Human Resources within a corporate environment
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills required
- Experience using applicant tracking system required, experience with iCIMS preferred
- Experience using an HRIS required, experience with ADP preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external individuals and influence management
- Working knowledge of general HR practices and knowledge of labor laws
- Working knowledge of MS Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Pay Range: $76,000 – $84,000 per year
This pay range is approximate and the actual pay received may vary dependent upon certain factors such as related job experience, education, training, professional/industry certifications, etc. Please note this pay range does not include any additional compensation this position may be eligible for as listed above, such as commissions or bonuses.
