Schedule, Location and Compensation:

Responsibilities
- ABA Technicians work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans to address communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs, and social skills.
- The ABA Technicians / Registered Behavior Technician collects and records data to monitor the progress of a treatment plan and works in collaboration with the clinical supervisor to update the treatment plan as necessary
Qualifications
- Enrolled or completed a Master’s program with BCBA Certificate
- 6+ months experience working with children preferred
- All ABA therapists that are not RBT certified will be required to complete the RBT coursework and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of employment (ask how we support you with this!)

- Ability to interact effectively by speaking clearly, using age-appropriate language, and maintaining attention through verbal and non-verbal communication.
- Must be able to independently operate a vehicle to travel to and from a client’s location.
