We’re expanding—and looking for **bookkeeping professionals with QB Online experience.
We provide you the businesses that you’ll be working on each day. However, you will be 1099 contractor working from your home as an office.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records by recording day-to-day transactions in the general ledger.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Prepare and post journal entries to reflect all business transactions accurately.
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and payment processing.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify that bank statements align with company records.
- Assist with technical accounting tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Utilize QuickBooks for efficient bookkeeping operations.
- Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process and provide necessary documentation.
- Prepare financial reports as required for management review.
Qualifications
