Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Sectra PACS Support Analyst to support daily operations and support tickets.
The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams, radiologists, and vendors to support the PACS operations.
Primary responsibilities:
Working PACS incidents and providing oncall support:
Sectra PACS support
LaurelBridge Compass DICOM Router
DICOMSys DICOM Router
ERad RIS
Penrad Mammography system
REQUIRED Qualifications:
- MUST have 2+ years of experience supporting Sectra PACS.
- MUST have intimate knowledge of Mammography, DICOM and HL7 ADT, ORM, ORU data flows.
- Sectra experience needs to be recent-within the last year.
- Strong technical expertise in PACS support & work flows.
