Job description
A fast growing Mental Health Clinic in Manalapan is actively hiring LPC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT therapists / counselors to join our mental health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, client-centered therapy, working with individuals, families, and groups to address a variety of mental health challenges. If you are passionate about helping clients achieve emotional well-being and are comfortable with therapeutic techniques tailored to diverse populations, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:
- Valid and current LSW or LPC or LCSW or LMFT license in the state of New Jersey.
- Master’s Degree (in related field) from an accredited institution.
- A flexible schedule with opportunities to work evenings and/or weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong rapport with clients.
- Dedication to ethical practices and strict adherence to client confidentiality.
Bonus Points but not required:
- Bilingual – (please specify when you apply)
- Experience delivering psychotherapy to children and adolescents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments.
- Participate in weekly supervision (unless clinician possesses a license to practice independently in New Jersey)
