Licensed Mental Health Therapist (1099 Contractor) Part Time Job Details
Overview
We are seeking independently licensed behavioral health clinicians to join our growing team as 1099 contractors. As a contracted therapist, you’ll deliver individual, group, or family therapy services to clients engaged in outpatient treatment, either remotely via telehealth or in-person at one of our clinic locations.
You’ll have autonomy over your schedule, documentation support, and access to a collaborative clinical team — without the administrative burden of managing your own private practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, or group therapy to clients across various age groups
- Complete intake assessments, diagnostic impressions, and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our EHR system
- Coordinate care with internal staff, prescribers, and external providers as needed
- Maintain compliance with all payer, HIPAA, and ethical guidelines
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted license in Pennsylvania as one of the following:
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, CRNP-PMH, or MD/Psychiatrist
- NPI number and current liability insurance
- Ability to independently render and document clinical services in accordance with Medicaid/CCBH standards
- Proficient in providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices and DSM-5 diagnostic criteria
Scheduling and Availability
- Flexible hours — you set your availability
- Opportunities for evening or weekend sessions if preferred
- Remote-only, hybrid, or on-site schedules available based on licensure and client demand
