We are looking for a responsible, organized individual to assist with marketing coordination and administrative support in our Northridge office. The position involves tracking outreach activity, maintaining contact lists, managing follow-ups, and supporting ongoing marketing tasks. Responsibilities include:
- Documenting all marketing visits and referral source interactions in Excel or CRM.
