This role in Supplemental Data Operations is all about evaluating and managing supplemental data sources (SDS) for HEDIS® and quality improvement programs in Commercial, Medicare & Medicaid.
Healthcare background with HEDIS audit experience, project management skills, strong interpersonal/communication skills, and ability to work independently and lead teams.
The Ideal Candidate would have a Healthcare background with HEDIS audit experience, project management skills, strong interpersonal/communication skills, and ability to work independently and lead teams.
Top 5-10 Responsibilities
- Maintain SDS documentation for HEDIS® auditors and internal requirements.
- Work with external partners to define SDS requirements.
- Manage NCQA Roadmap Section 5 docs and communications.
- Identify gaps in documentation and fix ’em.
- Analyze data to find issues/trends for better data capture.
- Lead supplemental data verification activities with internal/external auditors.
- Make data-driven recommendations on SDS strategies.
- Monitor business processes and deliverables for compliance.
- Ensure NCQA HEDIS®, auditor, or business requirements are met.
