West Operations is expanding our content engine and event footprint. This role provides hands‑on support across website content updates, YouTube video production, social campaigns, and email marketing, so the Director of Marketing and Event Managers can scale programs and drive pipeline.
What You’ll Do
Website & SEO
- Update and publish web pages, landing pages, and blog posts in WordPress, ensuring on‑brand copy, images, metadata, and accessibility basics.
- Refresh product/event pages and maintain content calendars; QA links, forms, and page speed.
YouTube & Video Support
- Assist with pre‑production (outlines, shot lists), on‑site filming, and capture of B‑roll and stills using Canon cameras.
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar), create thumbnails in Photoshop, and optimize uploads for YouTube.
Social Media Campaigns
- Build and schedule posts for LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram; draft copy variations and UTM‑tagged links.
- Monitor engagement and report weekly on performance.
Email & Nurtures
- Build emails and simple automated journeys (newsletters, event invites, reminders).
- Manage lists/segments, QA rendering, and track performance.
