As a Talent Sourcer within PNC’s Talent Acquisition & Outreach organization you will be based in within the PNC footprint.
This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our Direct Sourcing team. Candidates will have a strong background in cold calling/blind outreach, be able to incorporate various sourcing methods and provide high-level communication to partners and candidates. Preferred candidates will have a background in sourcing within the financial services industry.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $45,000.00 – $104,650.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
