To support this growth, they are seeking a results-driven Vice President of Transformation to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance performance, drive efficiency, and position the company for sustained success.
Position Summary
The Vice President of Transformation will play a mission-critical role in leading strategic initiatives that modernize and scale the company’s operations. This executive will partner with senior leadership to assess business processes, reimagine organizational capabilities, and implement transformation strategies that align with long-term goals. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in operational improvement, change management, and enterprise transformation within fast-paced, complex environments—preferably in private equity-backed businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of enterprise transformation strategies across operations, systems, and business processes.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify, prioritize, and drive change initiatives aligned with growth and efficiency objectives.
- Oversee a portfolio of cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and measurable outcomes.
- Guide change management efforts to support adoption of new processes, systems, and operating models.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and performance analyses to surface inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with IT, Finance, and other functional teams to align transformation projects with system and infrastructure upgrades.
- Establish KPIs and performance tracking systems to monitor and report on transformation success.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of project managers, analysts, and functional leaders.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and scalable operational discipline.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing regular updates on initiative progress, risks, and impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in business transformation, operational improvement, or management consulting.
- Proven success leading enterprise transformations, particularly in private equity-backed or high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in business process reengineering, organizational design, and strategic project execution.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, cost optimization, and business systems.
- Executive presence with exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing a PMO and leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Track record of building and leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments.
