About The Role
Our client is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO—an opportunity to work closely with the executive team and gain deep insight into a high-growth software business. This role involves driving key operational rhythms, supporting strategic initiatives, leading executive meetings, and ensuring the CEO is prepared for engagements. Acting as a bridge between the CEO and senior leaders, the Chief of Staff will help resolve issues, track progress, and maintain accountability. The role also includes special projects like M&A and operational efficiency, offering direct exposure to leadership and the board.
Who You Are:
- 6 – 8 years of experience in the tech industry (ideally software/SaaS) with a mix of strategic and analytical roles.:
- You’ve worked in high growth environments with C-Suite leaders and operate with a high degree of ownership
- You have a blend of strategic thinking and operating acumen that allows you to look at programs and initiatives with a commercial lens
- You are able to break down complex problems and communicate them clearly and succinctly that allow others to easily understand what is needed
- You thrive in dynamic environments, can adapt quickly and are comfortable with ambiguity
- You are able to influence senior stakeholders cross functionally to operationalize and deliver against key priorities, sometimes with limited direction and support
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment with limited data
- Strong in analytics, critical thinking and judgment
- Incredibly well organized, intellectually curious, low ego and willing to roll up your sleeves and contribute where needed
Benefits
Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of the hiring company’s total compensation and benefits package. Salary Range
$129,000—$253,000 USD
