Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking an engaged and innovative Mid-level Recruiter based in the US to drive our Go-to-Market (GtM) hiring across Costa Rica and North America. As a Mid-level Recruiter with Wrike, You’ll focus on hiring for a variety of GtM roles—including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations—both for the US and our expanding team in Costa Rica. Your expertise in end-to-end recruitment, creative sourcing, and stakeholder management will make you a trusted partner to our hiring teams. You’ll embrace AI tools and digital platforms to supercharge your recruitment efforts, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and more to discover exceptional candidates. Your Impact:
- Leverage AI-powered tools and new sourcing strategies to ensure an exceptional and engaging candidate journey.
- Source, assess, and engage top GtM talent across North America and Costa Rica through professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Act as a strategic consultant to hiring managers, shaping a seamless recruiting process and providing market intelligence.
- Partner with our TA Manager to refine and scale effective, data-driven hiring practices as our teams grow.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for roles in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Legal and other GtM positions—managing both individual contributor and management-level searches.
- Navigate your daily workflow using our tech stack: Greenhouse, Slack, Calendly, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Workspace.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment goals align with Wrike’s broader talent and business strategies, regularly managing 8-10 active requisitions.
Your Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to transform recruitment with AI tools and a dedication to continuous improvement.
- Proven, hands-on experience recruiting for GtM functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) in fast-paced, multi-country environments.
- Passion for elevating both your recruitment brand and Wrike’s employer brand—engaging with local and international talent communities.
- Proactivity in market research—networking, attending events, and sharing insights to improve processes and attract top GtM talent.
- Advanced skills in optimizing ATS usage and recruitment technologies for maximum efficiency.

The range below reflects the base salary for this full-time position and applies to all U.S. locations, excluding benefits, discretionary bonuses, and other incentives. The final offer within this range will consider factors such as the role, seniority level, geographic location, and employment contract type. An individual’s work location, unique skills, experience, and relevant educational background will also influence the final offer. For tailored compensation details based on your preferred location, please discuss with your recruiter during the hiring process.
Total compensation pay range: $68,000 USD – $68,000 USD
