- Building the Brand – Lead storytelling, campaign development, and brand management to create a consistent, compelling voice across all communities.
- Fueling Lead Gen – Create and optimize digital and traditional marketing efforts—SEO, PPC, direct mail, events—to drive inquiries and move-ins.
- Empowering the Flock – Partner with sales teams and community leaders to strengthen marketing integration and improve conversion rates.
- Telling the Story – Capture and amplify the resident and community experience through powerful content and PR opportunities.
