Job Details of Marketing Coordinator
**THIS IS NOT A ROLE WITH FORCEBRANDS**
**This part-time (20 hrs/week) contract opportunity**
What you’ll do:
- Act as the main liaison between our external agencies and our internal team
- Oversee digital campaigns: paid + organic asset updates (images, video, evergreen + seasonal)
- Support email marketing: review copy/design, ensure brand voice consistency, and approve assets
- Manage website updates in Shopify: banners, flavor launches, seasonal announcements
- Partner with the social media lead on templates and creative updates
- Share retailer promo updates with agencies and track performance via Instacart, Target Roundel, Amazon DSP, etc.
- Coordinate retail activations: displays, screens, and off-shelf marketing opportunities
- Produce marketing collateral: seasonal inserts, postcards, brochures, coupons, sales decks, and investor materials
What we’re looking for:
- 5–10 years of marketing experience, ideally from a creative or agency background
- Someone who can balance strategy and execution — you can plan big campaigns and also roll up your sleeves
- Experience with agency management, campaign planning, and brand activation
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
