ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Our fast-paced company is searching for a skilled Artist and Packaging/Product Developer. You’ll be a part of our kitchen division, focusing specifically and working closely with our Kitchen and Appliances Division. You will be tasked with coordinating product development, tasked with creating new packaging designs and artwork as well as leveraging what the division is already doing for its retail customers. You will also help forecast, replenish, and manage various aspects throughout the process of the products you are responsible for. You will be part of a growing team of fast thinkers to present innovation to current and future business opportunities. Knowledge of e-commerce social platforms are a plus.
- Conceptualize and execute branding and packaging designs across a wide range of consumer product categories for all gadgets pertaining to kitchen functionality and use.
- Ability to Conceptualize, Design and Execute Unique/Trends for our Products.
- Make Digital Mockups in Adobe AI/PS
- Able to Follow Client Style Guides
- Work independently with the sales team and Merchandising Managers
- Develop cohesive visual storytelling through packaging, digital assets, and brand touchpoints
- Design compelling A+ Content, product pages, landing pages, and assets for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, DTC, etc.)
- Create branded content for websites that align with the visual identity and voice of each brand
- Work closely with the Creative Director and design team to ensure consistent brand communication
- Help bring physical products to life through packaging mock-ups, dielines, and 3D renderings
- Perform related duties as assigned.
COMPETENCIES
- 3–5+ years of experience in branding, packaging, and graphic design
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, graphic design, packaging, and digital storytelling is required.
- Experience designing for e-commerce, especially with A+ content and product detail pages
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma or similar tools is a plus
- Knowledge of web design principles and a sharp eye for typography, layout, and composition
- A solid understanding of production and prepress for packaging
- Ability to think strategically and visually translate brand messaging into compelling creative
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
- Must be a team player and collaborative
- 3D rendering skills (Key shot, Blender, Dimension, or similar) is a plus
- Experience working with consumer brands in beauty, wellness, kitchen, tech, or lifestyle is a plus
- An understanding of motion graphics or video content editing is a plus
- Excellent Time Management Skills to Meet Strict Deadlines
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Design, fashion accessory design, or related field
