Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Part-Time Remote Administrative Assistant to answer incoming calls, respond to voicemails and emails, and handle scheduling of estimates and cleanings. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient booking experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to voicemails in a timely, professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, or email
- Schedule new client estimates and recurring cleanings using our scheduling software
- Follow up with leads and send confirmation messages for appointments
- Maintain a calm and friendly demeanor with all customers
- Communicate with cleaning teams regarding schedule changes or updates
Perform light administrative tasks related to client records and scheduling
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, office administration, or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home work environment
- Comfortable learning and using scheduling or CRM software
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Availability to work during core business hours (M–F, some flexibility)
Previous experience in the cleaning, service, or home maintenance industry is a plus
