Job Overview:
We are looking for a knowledgeable analysis wizard, who has a passion for complex clinical data and program analyses, to shepherd various clinical analytics priorities from inception, ideation and discovery, through to road mapping, prioritization, experimentation, and implementation. This position requires an experienced analyst who can efficiently and reliably produce insightful and relevant program data, analyses, and dashboards. You will be successful in this role if you are a systems-thinker, prioritize well, and make high-quality, data-driven outputs. Additionally, you should be continuously thinking of improvement opportunities in data, processes, and systems. This role will work closely with senior clinical leaders and collaborate across the organization with member services, network development, and analytics. Location: Remote | USA | Travel Required
Responsibilities:
- Drive execution of high-priority analyses, including program management and communicating results internally and externally
- Lead the implementation of analysis processes and automated systems to pull, analyze, and visualize information
- Provide necessary inputs to KPIs and / or quality monitoring systems
- Identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvement
- Work cross-functionally to effectively execute against our priorities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an operational analyst role
- Experience working in a startup-like environment
- Experience building products/services from 0 to 1
- 1+ years of analytics experience
- Strong analytical and process development capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Advanced knowledge of SQL, python, etc.
- 1+ years of business and / or healthcare analytics
