Summary
As the brand is growing, so is our team! Egglife Foods is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team. This role will report to the Sr Brand Manager and be responsible for supporting the growth of the egglife brand, managing key marketing initiatives, overseeing project management across agency and freelance partners, and managing egglife’s growth strategy and reporting/analytics across our organic channels. We are seeking someone who is passionate about better-for-you food, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and has a natural sense of curiosity with a get-it-done attitude.

Essential job functions
Working with guidance and support from Egglife Brand Managers but with expected autonomy you will:
- Evaluate organic and owned marketing channels to garner insights to define KPI strategy and expectations; ultimately informing and executing multi-channel growth strategy
- Analyze KPI results to drive actionable insights to solidify Egglife as a leader in the better-for-you space
- Lead organizational understanding on consumer, category, competitive, and cultural trends to inform content and marketing strategies
- Manage agency and freelance partners to ensure successful delivery of marketing plans, creating and maintaining project tracking systems to ensure deadlines are met, dependencies are established, and risks are mitigated
- Support Sr. Brand Manager in integrated marketing planning, including creative campaigns, paid media, influencer and ambassador programs, omnichannel content support, trade shows, and results reporting
- Monitor brand health, analyzing results to uncover insights and provide recommendations to inform brand strategies and tactics
- Execute digital updates and content management across owned and organic channels, including but not limited to website, social media, and Google.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or MBA
- 2-4 years CPG marketing or creative agency experience preferred
- Food & Beverage experience preferred
- Highly collaborative with drive to excel beyond current responsibilities
- Self-starter and intellectually curious. Comfortable with ambiguity.
