About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, curious, and entrepreneurial intern to join ImPACT Applications for a 4–6 month paid internship starting. This unique opportunity will allow you to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, providing exposure to sales, customer support, and operational processes in a high-growth SaaS environment.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders, take ownership of meaningful projects, and learn how a mission-driven software company operates day-to-day.
What You’ll Do
- Manage our inbound sales funnel for school and sports leads, helping drive prospective customers from inquiry to close
- Assist our existing customer base with inbound questions, payments, and usability issues, while helping build scalable processes to improve efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer success teams
- Gain exposure to key SaaS business metrics, tools, and workflows
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve how we serve customers and grow the business
