Captura Hall is seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Communications Specialist to support the development and implementation of internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in crafting messages, coordinating outreach, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit clear and engaging communications materials, including press releases, newsletters, briefing documents, and reports
- Coordinate internal communications and support team-wide messaging strategies
- Assist in the planning and execution of public-facing campaigns and corporate initiatives
- Monitor media coverage and prepare performance and impact reports
- Support crisis communication planning and execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, project teams, and leadership to ensure cohesive messaging
Qualifications
