Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. You will play a vital role in delivering a superior customer experience while supporting internal sales and service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate product information, order status, and delivery updates
