About the Role
As a Real Estate Data Entry Operator, you will be an integral part of our administrative team, responsible for maintaining and updating our comprehensive real estate database. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all records are accurate, current, and well-organized to facilitate smooth operations and informed decision-making. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of real estate terminology and procedures, along with proficiency in data management tools. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our data systems, supporting our agents and clients alike.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
- Knowledge of real estate processes, terminology, and data management practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word, and familiarity with data input software.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in a remote team setting.
Responsibilities
- Accurately update and add transactions, client information, and real estate data into the company database.
- Review and verify data entries to ensure completeness and correctness.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in data records.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security and privacy regulations.
- Assist in generating reports and presentations based on the database information.
- Perform secretarial duties such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing documents as required.
