Responsibilities
- Teach prepared lessons and adjust them to match each student’s age, level, and background.
- Use fun, interactive activities to keep students engaged and help them practice English.

- Lead lively online classes in 25-, 15-, and 7-minute formats.

- Follow all company policies and teaching guidelines.
- Complete and submit all tasks and reports on time.
Required Experience
- Experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL).
- Solid understanding of successful ESL teaching methods and approaches.
- Skilled in using online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedicated to creating a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (Required).
- Must be a citizen of the U.S., Canada, or the U.K. (Applicants from other countries will be rejected immediately.)
- Stable landline or Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi alone is not acceptable).
- English must be your first language.
- Working headset with a microphone (No earbuds allowed).
- Valid identification (Passport or Driver’s License).
- Professional workspace setup with a clean, appropriate background.
- Must maintain a professional demeanor and attire at all times.
- Teaching experience (including homeschooling, tutoring, coaching, or mentoring) is preferred but not required.
- ESL teaching certifications or credentials are a plus but not mandatory.
Work Schedule:
PM Shift: 18:00 – 24:00 KST (05:00 – 11:00 AM EST)
- Must commit to a minimum of four-hour block shifts, five days per week (Monday–Friday). No Exceptions!!!
