Position Overview:
We seek a seasoned Executive Coach with expertise in technical and marketing team coaching leaders. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in guiding executives to enhance their strategic leadership capabilities, improve team dynamics, and achieve measurable organizational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized coaching to executives and senior leaders managing technical and marketing teams.
- Identify developmental goals, create targeted action plans, and facilitate regular coaching sessions to drive professional growth.
- Utilize assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
- Assist leaders in enhancing communication, fostering innovation, and effectively managing organizational change.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align coaching outcomes with broader organizational objectives.
- Assist leaders in enhancing public speaking skills and executive presence
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an Executive Coach, specifically supporting leaders of technical and marketing teams.
- Proven ability to coach senior executives and deliver measurable improvements in leadership effectiveness.
- Demonstrated knowledge of leadership frameworks, communication strategies, and team dynamics relevant to technical and marketing environments.
- Certifications from recognized coaching organizations (e.g., ICF, CTI, Hudson Institute) strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $100.00 – $101.00 per hour
