- Serve as Fidelio Administrator with a focus on shipboard application systems.
- Provide application, operational, and technical support for back office applications onboard vessels across multiple brands.
- Manage and maintain shipboard Lab and testing environments, including day-to-day operations.
- Lead and execute shipboard projects such as system upgrades, dry docks, new builds, and enhancements, including server/application builds and on-site deployments.
- Participate in all phases of project development and deployment: Initiation, Planning, Executing, and Closing.
- Implement system enhancements and support both internal and external development efforts.
- Ensure ongoing technical support for packaged applications and technical systems (minimum 5 years’ experience required).
- Collaborate with teams to deliver effective support and solutions for shipboard applications.
- Prior cruise industry and shipboard experience is required.
