Role Overview:
As a Virtual Fitness Coach, you’ll help clients incorporate movement into their routines through customized strength-based fitness plans. You’ll support women of all fitness levels with practical workouts they can actually do—and feel good doing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop customized fitness plans tailored to client ability and goals
- Provide weekly fitness support via video, app updates, and secure messaging
- Record and deliver form-check videos and instructional clips
- Educate clients about strength, progression, and body-positive movement
- Collaborate with the nutrition, health coaching, and provider team to align strategies
Skills & Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, etc.) or similar credential
- Experience with body-positive or intuitive movement approaches
- Strong verbal communication and video coaching skills
- Comfort with remote tools
