Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Flight Instructor CFI, CFII at Oklahoma Aeronautics Academy located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Flight Instructor will be responsible for providing high-quality flight instruction to student pilots, ensuring students meet the requirements to obtain various pilot certifications. This includes providing ground school lessons, conducting pre-flight and post-flight briefings, demonstrating flight techniques and maneuvers, supervising solo flights, and ensuring adherence to flight safety standards. The instructor will also maintain accurate records of student progress and provide guidance and support to students throughout their training journey.

Qualifications

• Possess comprehensive skills in Piloting and Commercial Piloting
• May have experience and qualifications in Instrument Rating and Aviation
• Demonstrated commitment to Flight Safety
• Excellent communication and teaching skills are essential
• Ability to work in a structured and regulated environment
• Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) or Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII) certificates are required
• Previous flight instructing experience is a plus
