FP&A Analyst – $120k+ Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join the finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving strategic decision-making by delivering insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to support budgeting processes, evaluate business performance, and help shape the financial future of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Partner with business units to understand key drivers of performance and support strategic initiatives.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.
- Assist in the preparation of board materials, investor presentations, and ad hoc analysis.
- Monitor KPIs and develop tools to improve financial visibility and operational efficiency.
- Support scenario planning, cost-benefit analysis, and investment evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
