responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement marketing plans that are consistent with the overall brand strategy to enhance the brand’s influence in overseas markets.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to understand overseas consumer needs, market trends and competitive landscape, and provide data support for market strategy.
3. Coordinate various marketing activities such as online and offline activities, social media operations, and advertising activities to ensure brand communication consistency. Establish and maintain relationships with media, partners and KOLS to promote cross-channel brand promotion and cooperation.
4. Ensure brand consistency across all touch points, including packaging design, store image and presentation of promotional materials. Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, propose optimization plans and report to management regularly.
5. Manage marketing budgets to ensure expenditure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Understand and analyze the market activities of competing products, and dynamically adjust marketing strategies to maintain competitive advantages.
6. Work closely with the product development team to support the promotion strategy for new product launches.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, business administration, communication and other related majors are preferred.
2. At least 5 years of brand marketing experience, including at least 2 years of brand management experience, and experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
3. In-depth understanding of overseas markets and consumer behavior, and rich marketing experience. Excellent communication and team management skills, able to lead and motivate the team efficiently.
4. Possess innovative thinking and strategic planning capabilities, and be able to formulate and implement efficient market strategies. Proficient in using market analysis tools and data analysis software.
5. Fluent Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are preferred.
