The CEO will lead the company’s large brokerage operation, driving growth, innovation, and cultural alignment across a multi-state footprint. This leader is responsible for optimizing operations, strengthening relationships with agents and teams, and ensuring the brokerage delivers a high-quality, sustainable value proposition to both clients and affiliated businesses. The role requires a brokerage-first operator who is highly visible in the field, skilled at unifying diverse regions, and adept at integrating ancillary services such as mortgage, title, and insurance to enhance overall performance. The CEO will set a clear vision, inspire confidence, and position the company for long-term success.

They have a firm grasp of unit economics, agent/office contribution, and op-ex levers; they can right-size footprint, simplify org structures, and modernize reporting. They improve ancillary capture without mortgaging brokerage profitability, and recruit to a quality mix, rewarding productivity and cultural fit over mere agent count. Above all, they communicate a compelling vision, move decisively, and deliver measurable results.
