Fund Her Network is seeking a Community & Platform Manager to build and nurture our membership experience while driving engagement across our digital platform and in-person community programming.

As the Community & Platform Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening our member experience, supporting platform growth, and cultivating relationships that make Fund Her Network an essential resource for women founders and the investors who back them.
Responsibilities:
- Own the member experience from onboarding to ongoing engagement, ensuring every interaction feels intentional, welcoming, and impactful.
- Manage our membership platform (events, resources, deal flow, communications), maintaining a seamless, user-friendly, and value-rich experience.
- Lead community programming by coordinating virtual events, networking sessions, and member-led initiatives.
- Build and implement strategies to increase member engagement, retention, and referrals.
- Act as the first point of contact for member inquiries, providing timely support and connecting members with the right opportunities.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to curate deal flow and investor introductions that align with our mission.
- Support partnerships, thought leadership, and brand-building initiatives by highlighting member stories and successes.
- Track and analyze member engagement data to inform programming, content, and platform improvements.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in community management, platform operations, or membership-based organizations.
- Strong relationship-building skills and passion for creating inclusive, supportive spaces.
- Experience managing digital platforms, CRM systems, or community software.
- Excellent organizational skills—you can juggle events, communications, and platform updates with ease.
- Clear and engaging communicator, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn member feedback and engagement data into action.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment with a collaborative, “all hands on deck” approach.
- Deep commitment to equity in funding and entrepreneurship.
