Background: a leading integrated healthcare system undergoing its digital transformation is seeking a Digital Strategy and Analytics Manager to assess the impact of digital product strategies. This is a unique role in which the individual will measure the value of healthcare initiatives and deliver insights to inform and optimize future product decisions.
What Will You Do:
- Lead end to end analytics for digital product initiatives from defining success metrics to delivering insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with Product Managers to understand strategic goals and ask the right questions to define what should be measured and why
- Partner with Epic technical teams to identify and extract relevant data from Epic Clarity and Caboodle
- Use SQL and other tools to query, analyze, and interpret both transactional and aggregated healthcare data
- Conduct strategic analysis and develop dashboards that clearly communicate insights and measurement outcomes to product stakeholders
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights that inform product optimization and strategic planning
- Ensure data integrity and alignment with technical and product objectives
