Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Perform detailed reviews and testing of electronic enrollment files to ensure data accuracy and completeness before moving to production.
- Collaborate with internal teams to update enrollment details and resolve any data issues or discrepancies found during testing.
- Track and communicate testing results promptly, ensuring files are validated and ready for production within established timeframes.
Here’s what you’ll have:
- Proficient in working with various file formats (CSV, Text, Excel, Word, PDF).
- Skilled in advanced Excel functions (including VLOOKUPS and IF/THEN statements) with the ability to troubleshoot and identify discrepancies in data files.
