Job Title: Recruiting Assistant (Direct Hire)
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: Direct Hire
Salary Range: $48K to $50K/annum
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage candidate communications and ensure a seamless hiring process
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Assist in onboarding new hires, including background checks and IT coordination
- Work closely with recruiting teams to support hiring needs
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruiting Assistant
- Proficient with ATS systems and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage high-volume tasks
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Oracle HCM system implementation expected in about 9 months.
- Experience with ADP or similar ATS preferred but not mandatory.
