Head of Operations Job Overview
We are looking for a Head of Operations at Series-A Funded YC backed Enterprise Automation Startup. You’ll drive strategic growth and operational excellence, working closely with the CEO in a founding ops role. You’ll lead functions like Finance, Legal, and Marketing, set business priorities/strategic planning, develop GTM strategies, and enhance organizational processes.
Requirements:
- 2 - 8 years of experience with experience in business operations and / or strategic roles at high-growth start ups
- Experience in high talent-bar companies (including consulting, investment banking) but ideally not too long (e.g., 4Y+)
- Ex-founder (Desirable, not mandatory)
- Experience buying or selling software at the enterprise level is a plus.
- Background in business, management, finance or similar
- Ability to analyze data and deliver data backed insights and recommendations
- Exceptional communicator to all levels of the business
- Highly organized, type A with ability to get things done
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-intensity environments
- Interest in, and comfort discussing, technical concepts
