Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders for feedback, alignment, and deployment of new processes and technology improvements.
- Provide analysis and support to HR leadership for mergers and acquisitions.
- Demonstrate strong ethics, business acumen, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Quickly learn and leverage HR systems functionality and reporting to advance HR strategies and objectives.
- Develop relevant HR tools, templates and methods to implement initiatives as well as educate leaders on organizational capability and change management concepts and approaches.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills, and build strong relationships.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related field with significant portion of responsibilities in analytics and project management. Startup experience preferred.
- Total rewards or M&A exposure is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular emphasis on advanced Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive data with discretion.
