About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced, highly knowledgeable Trainers and Facilitators to deliver up to 23 specialized training sessions for federal civilian HR staff and supervisors. The ideal candidates bring subject-matter expertise, practical federal HR experience, and the ability to deliver engaging, relevant training that connects policy with real-world practice. This is your chance to shape meaningful, real-world learning aligned with federal policy, MSPB precedents, and evolving workforce guidance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Design and deliver interactive, scenario-based virtual training sessions aligned with federal HR standards, MSPB precedents, and current Executive Orders.
- Tailor content and delivery to meet PACFLT-specific HR challenges and audience needs.
- Use real-world examples and case studies to illustrate complex policy and legal concepts.
- Support participant understanding through clear explanations, practical exercises, and Q&A.
- Draft or adapt high-quality training materials in collaboration with the program team.
- Participate in post-training evaluation, feedback collection, and content refinement.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience delivering virtual training for federal civilian HR audiences.
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise in one or more clusters above.
- Strong grasp of federal HR policies, MSPB precedent, Executive Orders, and DoD/OPM standards.
- Relevant references within DoD or OPM contexts.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and virtual engagement skills.
Preferred:
- Instructional design experience, especially in creating scenario-based learning.
- Familiarity with PACFLT-specific HR environments or similar large federal agencies.
- Experience designing polished slide decks and virtual training materials.
