Job Description

Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the on-site customer experience across Questhealth.com with the key goal to optimize site conversion rate.

Own all aspects of site content, merchandising, on-site search, and conversion optimization to improve engagement and drive revenue growth including reporting out on key results and changes.

This role will partner cross-functionally to ensure that on-site experiences align with promotional, product, and brand strategies and accurately reflect the overall Quest Consumer strategy.

No direct people leader responsibilities, potential to oversee contractor support as relevant.

Pay Range: $120,000 – $150,000 / year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning

• Contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of the overall e-commerce strategy for questhealth.com, particularly in relation to initiatives to improve onsite conversion and optimize onsite experience.
• Own the onsite content plan, incorporating cross functional input from other business areas and team members to optimize overall performance. Drive the content strategy, execution and QA of key aspects of the site including homepage and banners.

Merchandizing Execution & Site Optimization

• Execute all merchandising updates on site, including homepage, category pages, PDPs, banners, promotions, and visual merchandising assets. Review marketing content as appropriate.
• Own optimization of site search, filtering, and sort rules to improve product discovery and reduce bounce/exit rates.
• Analyze onsite conversion rate at a product, category, search and overall level and partner with clinical and technical teams to implement changes at a weekly, monthly and quarterly level. These changes may span across product content, onsite marketing content, product categorization, and/or search & sort rules as appropriate.
• Implement product content optimizations in collaboration with SEO, marketing and clinical stakeholders to support engagement and compliance.
• Provide input into product launch processes and execute new product launch activities including cross functional checks and audit processes.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of all onsite updates (content and merch-related technical updates) through rigorous UAT processes across devices and key journeys.
• Support, lead and execute (as relevant) onsite A/B and multivariate testing in partnership with analytics and UX/tech teams with a heavy focus on initiatives to improve conversion rates.
• Own audit process compliance for relevant site changes, partnering with other teams to ensure that audit and compliance processes are followed and documented as appropriate. Provide improvement suggestions on updates to these processes.
• Act as the key contact point for technical execution and development teams, owning UAT processes for site updates.

Reporting & Analysis

• Provide regular reporting and insights into on-site and conversion-related KPIs as agreed with Snr Director. Support deep-dive analyses with the Analytics team as relevant.
• Analyze on-site conversion-related KPIs and behavioral data to identify friction points and conversion opportunities, developing, and executing where possible, clear action plans to address.
• Focus heavily on results and outcomes of initiatives with the customer front of mind, ensure that onsite activities and changes have planned measurements laid out in advance and measured post-implementation as appropriate.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Provide input into the technical roadmap related to platform enhancements, testing and analytics tools, and site performance improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Clinical, Legal, and Creative to ensure cohesive and compliant digital experiences.
• Partner strongly with other team members to drive campaigns, promotions, GTM and other on-site activities.

Innovation & Industry Trends

• Stay current with the latest e-commerce trends and technology to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
• Keep up to date with developments in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and other e-Commerce platforms and drive adoption of new features and optimizations as relevant.
• Leverage in-depth understanding of e-commerce platform and trade to drive sales through consistent improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Required Work Experience:

• 5+ years e-Commerce experience and Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field OR 8+ years e-commerce experience.
• Excellent communicator, able to build strong cross functional relationships, internally and externally.

Preferred Work Experience:

• Direct Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience of 3+ years • Experience in a highly regulated industry such as healthcare.

Knowledge:

• Business experience with web commerce platforms and technologies, specifically Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Strong financial acumen and proven track record in optimizing onsite conversion rate.
• A highly motivated, passionate self-starter with a deep understanding of the online customers’ needs.

Skills:

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to aligning content with commercial objectives and brand guidelines.
• Passionate about digital storytelling, with a drive to create clear, compelling, audience-focused content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for varied stakeholder groups, primarily direct consumers as well as both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency.
