Monkey Man Media is hiring a part-time Content Creator / Filmer to help us shoot fun, short-form content (like Instagram Reels and TikToks) for some of the top businesses in the state — from exotic car dealerships and boat dealers to luxury boutiques and fine jewelry stores.
No experience needed. We’ll teach you everything. You just need to be organized, have a reliable car, and show up with good energy.

Where You’ll Be:
- Based in Tampa
- Regular in-state shoots in Orlando, Fort Myers, Jacksonville, Leesburg, and Miami
- You’ll help with local Tampa clients when needed
- Gas is reimbursed for travel days
Schedule:
- Part-time: ~15–25 hours/week
- Monday through Friday
- Most shoots happen between 10 AM and 5 PM
- Sessions usually last about 2-2.5 hours
Must be reachable by text between 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM for quick updates, shoot coordination, or content uploads — you won’t be working all day, just staying responsive when needed.
Note:
While this is a part-time position (15–25 hours/week), some days may involve longer travel. For example, if we schedule clients in Miami, Jacksonville, or Fort Myers, you might leave early in the morning, film 1–2 or even 3 clients, and return in the evening. Travel time, filming time, and gas are covered — and whenever possible, we group clients together so the trip is worth it. In some cases, if you’re comfortable, we may cover a hotel stay or send another filmer to travel with you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Filming short-form content for Instagram and TikTok
- Following a simple, repeatable process (we train you on everything)
- Making clients feel confident and comfortable on camera
- Staying on top of your schedule and keeping communication tight
- Uploading footage after each shoot — no editing required
