Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of our social media strategy across all platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. This role will manage day-to-day content creation, community engagement, analytics, and campaign execution. You will be the voice of the brand across social media, helping to grow and engage our loyal community while reporting directly to the Director of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
• Manage daily content creation (photo, video, Reels, Stories, TikToks, etc.) and posting across all social platforms.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to produce timely and on-brand content.
• Monitor social media channels for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
• Manage influencer mentions, repost UGC, and engage with followers and customers in a timely and authentic voice.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular analytics reports and recommendations for growth and engagement.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, social media trends, and emerging tools to keep Camille Rose at the forefront of innovation.
• Attend and document brand events, pop-ups, and activations to generate real-time content.
• Travel as needed for events, photoshoots, or campaign activations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing social media for a lifestyle, beauty, or consumer brand.
• Proven success in growing and engaging a social media audience across multiple platforms.
• Strong content creation skills (photography, video editing, storytelling).
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A passion for beauty, wellness, and culture.
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally.
Bonus Points:
• Experience with influencer relations and community-building strategies.
• Comfort in front of and behind the camera.
• Knowledge of the textured haircare or clean beauty market.
