Responsibilities:
- Communications planning
- All hands meetings pre, Q&A prep, hosting, anniversaries, and awards, follow-up comms
- AMAs (if we do them) Ask me Anything
- Emails and writing comms ad-hoc, or biz critical / LT top of mind, depending on need from CoS
- Strategic program support including slide creation, editing, and reviewing for LT and Business development (executive meetings, strategic plan, cascading comms, new business, offerings, etc)
- SharePoint management (creation and maintenance as a source of truth for TA)
- Internal events (writing and submitting comms for internal events like CS All Hands)
- Awards (helping to gather award submissions, create slides or videos, communication, and all hands-on prep)
- Team plan support – creating a summarized version of the team plan for sharing with the organization and posting on SharePoint, Slack, etc.; help with launch activities
- Internal and customer-facing copy editing
- Editing/maintaining consultant profiles
