Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated Videographer who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity.
A creative and energetic entry level Videographer to join our team and help bring the culture of our Direct to Home (D2H) sales channel to life. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes short-form content, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about storytelling through video.
From capturing team celebrations and apparel drops to producing content for social campaigns and sales rallies, you’ll play a key role in showcasing the hustle, energy, and community that define our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Film, edit, and produce short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Capture authentic, high-energy moments from the field, including team wins, events, and incentives.
- Create story-driven content that highlights our sales reps, culture, and brand identity.
- Collaborate with marketing, recruiting, and sales teams to develop and execute creative concepts.
- Stay current on social media trends, editing styles, and platform best practices.
- Shoot and edit with a mobile-first mindset: vertical video, quick cuts, bold transitions.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines from pre-production through final delivery.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in videography, content creation, or a related field (internships and freelance work welcome).
- A strong portfolio or reel showcasing short-form, social-first video content.
- Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience shooting with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and mobile devices.
- Understanding of social media video formats, pacing, and storytelling techniques.
- Comfortable filming in dynamic environments — from offices to rooftops to live events.
- A self-starter with strong time management and creative problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with direct sales or D2D culture.
- Experience creating lifestyle, sports, or culture-driven content.
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
