What success looks like
- Fine tune our shipping process and keep shipping errors and inventory discrepancies to near zero your work sets the gold standard
- Keep fulfillment on track even as volume doubles you’ll help shape and evolve our processes as we scale
- Spot workflow bottlenecks and suggest fixes. Your ideas will directly influence how we work.

What your day-to-day will look like
You’ll spend most of your time hands-on: picking, packing, and prepping hardware to ship worldwide. But you won’t just do tasks, you’ll help us build better systems.
- Receive and inventory consumables with care and accuracy
- Pack up shipments that meet tight specs and even tighter timelines
- Keep our digital inventory systems clean and up-to-date
- Flag gaps, pitch improvements, and test new workflows with the team

Compensation
- The estimated hourly pay rate for this role is $22 – $25 an hour.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Meter’s equity plan.
